Abdulwahed.com provides the possibility to purchase product(s) online and to settle their payment online or to pay on delivery based on shipping/delivery method available in Saudi Arabia. Payment transactions including authorizations and settlements will be in Saudi Riyals.

We accept the following modes of payment:

1- Cash on Delivery: our courier will deliver the shipment and receive accordingly its cash payment where total order amount will be presented on the waybill itself for validation purposes.

2- Credit Cards: Visa or MasterCard, credit cards should be issued by local banks & 3D secure. A valid copy of ID or Ikama should be presented to our courier upon delivery.

3- Debit Cards:  Customers will go through the same payment experience as we are enabling MADA debit cards on our site as a new accepted card scheme similar to Visa, MasterCard to enjoy a seamless payment experience while completing their order and without any additional step required.

4- Installments: only available upon purchase of 1000 SAR or more. This helps customers pay for large ticket items in monthly installments, directly & without any hassle or Bank Call! The whole amount of the purchase will be deducted from your account directly & you will settle it based on your selected installment plan. Order will be charged for an extra 25 SAR once selecting the “Installments” method of payment. Each bank has its own terms & conditions.

5- Through selected bank accounts: direct wire transfer is required here where we added to our checkout page 4 banking accounts that can be used (Samba, ANB, NCB & Al Rajhi bank).

6- SADAD: with utmost security, providing an easy and safe payment option without the need for the credit cards inside Saudi Arabia; where any individual who has an account in a Saudi bank can create a SADAD account simply through the bank online services. After that, the customer can add credits to use for online purchases.

For online payment transactions, customer will receive on order acknowledgment once the payment has been authorized. We are not liable for any payment that has been refused or declined by the credit card supplier for any reason. You should check your credit card issuer bank for that.

We do not store your credit card details on the website. All payment details which are entered through the website payment gateway are encrypted when you enter them. Communication to and from the service provider’s site are encrypted too.
